I live in the next town over from where this teen died from MRSA. Unfortuantely he had just recovered from the flu which may have weakened his immune system. Several children in the area have been diagnoses with it. I nearly died twice from it this summer. I was in the hospital for 3 1/2 months and on home health care for 3 more. It affected my kidneys, my liver, gave me a heart attack, shut down my bone marrow. It’s no funny business. I wish they would talk about the long term cases that just the short term ones. It shows just how awful this disease is.
